GIVING AN ORPHAN MORE THAN SHELTER

GIVING THEM A LIFE

Across South Africa, hundreds of orphaned children face a harsh reality every day.

Without a safe home, consistent meals, emotional care, or guidance, education becomes a distant dream.

For many, the choice is heartbreaking: the street or survival — not school or success.

Al-Iman Foundation's Boarding Program exists to change that story.

The Challenge Orphaned Children Face

Orphaned learners in South Africa are among the most vulnerable in society. Without residential support, they face:

  • Unsafe and unstable living conditions
  • Hunger and chronic malnutrition
  • Emotional trauma and lack of parental care
  • High risk of abuse, neglect, and school dropout

Without intervention, many are lost to the streets — and to a future of poverty and despair.

Our Response: A Home That Heals and Educates
