About this Program
Since 2016, the Al-Iman Skills Development Academy has empowered youth, women, and vulnerable families across our communities by addressing the local skills gap. We offer two flagship programs: a Sewing Academy that trains women in tailoring for income generation, and Computer Literacy classes that prepare young people for the digital economy. Beyond skills, our Learnership Academy supports promising graduates through mentorship, housing, transportation, and meals — enabling them to enter professional careers.
